Mobile Montiors are easily capable of facilitating water flow rates of 4,000 to 8,000 gallons per minute. These high flow characteristics are provided by a manifold that features six inch (6”) interior dimension plumbing going into an internal ten inch (10″) manifold that supports a riser that is made of eight inch (8″) interior dimension plumbing. Each unit has a built in ballast tank with a capacity of approximately 650 gallons providing approximately 5400 lbs of ballast weight. The weight of the trailer, ballast tank, and integral waterway manifold adds extra assurance that the monitor will remain stable throughout all aspects of operation.
